Shopping Terms

Shipping Rates and Policies
	Quad City Candle Company offers three convenient shipping options for delivery to the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or U.S. territories.

Returns and Exchanges
	We want you to love the candles you've received. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return your item(s), we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Just repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:
	1. Email us at questioins@quadcitycandle.com. We will authorize your return and send you a UPS Return Kit by mail.
	2. When you receive the Return Kit fill it out and send the goods back to us at no cost to you!
	3. We will credit your card within 1 week of receipt of returned goods.
	*** Items must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We will only credit you for the product amount and not for the original shipping.
